En este importante día se llega de nuevo a la escuela normal superior de Manizales con entusiasmo y ganas de hacer las cosas bien.
Al inicio de la jornada se comenzó con la oración que fue de vital importancia para darle inicio a la práctica de gerencia y liderazgo. Luego se realizó la actividad de conjunto en la cual se pudo evidenciar el tema a tratar, los niños respondieron de forma clara dicho ejercicio.
Seguidamente se plantearon diversas inquietudes de los niños ante la maestra, pues no comprendían un tema que les había explicado anteriormente, pero al pasar los minutos la profesora pudo resolver dichos interrogantes.
Posteriormente comenzamos a realizar la guía que trataba sobre la autoafirmación, esta se hizo dirigida, ya que él trabajó fue hecho claramente y sin ninguna dificultad, todos los niños se mostraron entusiasmados pues les agradaba lo que se estaba trabajando. Al transcurrir los minutos se pudo observar en los niños una buena actitud y sobre todo ganas, pues se veía en cada una de las mesas un buen desempeño en su trabajo.
Al concluir la jornada se realizó una actividad en el patio, la cual causo una gran acogida por parte de los niños y sobre todo gran interés ya que hubo una gran integración entre todos los del grupo, y así es como se termina este interesante día de práctica.
